- Conducting property tours and inspections

- Staying up-to-date with the real estate market trends and regulations
- Advising clients on market conditions and pricing strategies
- Utilizing your English and Hindi language skills to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
Qualifications/ Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Tech-savvy with contagious confidence & social media drive.
- Commendable business ethics founded in honesty, integrity, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- A valid UAE driver's license will be plus point.
