Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team and help drive the sales of off-plan properties in the UAE market. Whether you have at least 6 months of experience in real estate sales or are a newcomer eager to start your career in the exciting real estate industry, we offer the opportunity to grow, learn, and succeed in a fast-paced and competitive market.
As an Off-Plan Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties to potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company’s growth and sales targets. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales: Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers, including investors, first-time buyers, and end-users.
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, offering personalized property recommendations and tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s off-plan property developments, market trends, competitive offerings, and legal requirements related to property sales in the UAE.
Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting key features, pricing, and investment potential.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms with clients to close deals and meet sales targets.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, addressing client questions, handling objections, and ensuring a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activity to better advise clients and position the company’s developments in the best possible way.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activity within the CRM system, providing regular updates to the sales manager.

At least 6 months of experience in off-plan property sales or real estate is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Ability to understand client needs and match them to the right property.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and off-plan property trends is a plus (but not required for freshers).
Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online property listing platforms.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
