Job Description

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, and will provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively, and have a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Provide general administrative support across the organization
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
