The role involves technical and blue-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviews, and recruitment coordination.

a. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in Qatar.
b. Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, and Contracting recruitment.
c. Experience recruiting technical, skilled, semi-skilled, and blue-collar candidates.
d. Experience handling both local and overseas recruitment.
e. Strong candidate sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, agencies, and professional networks.
f. Experience in bulk recruitment and manpower planning.
g. Ability to understand technical requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
h. Experience coordinating technical and management interviews.
i. Experience with offer preparation, salary negotiation, and candidate follow-up.
j. Good understanding of Qatar visa, QID transfer, medical, mobilization, and onboarding processes.
k. Experience dealing with manpower agencies and recruitment partners.
l. QatarEnergy / Oil & Gas project recruitment experience is preferred.
