Job description:
Aria Pilates is seeking a friendly, dynamic and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, works well in a team, can bring good and uplifting vibes to a Pilates Class has at least 2 years of experience as a Pilates Trainer and enjoys engaging with clients.
We are looking for someone responsible and motivated with positive energy who is outgoing and experienced. The Candidate will become an integral part of our uplifting and thriving team of women.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead Reformer Pilates Classes
- Instruct group or private Reformer Pilates sessions, ensuring exercises are performed with proper form and technique.
2. Provide Modifications
- Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels and individual needs.
3. Client Assessment
- Evaluate clients' fitness levels and needs to tailor exercises for injury prevention and effective workout results.
4. Class Preparation
- Plan and prepare class routines in advance, aligning with the studio's theme (e.g., music genres) for an engaging experience.
5. Client Engagement
- Build relationships with clients to foster a positive, community-driven environment. Encourage consistent attendance and engagement.
6. Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and maintenance of Reformer machines and other studio equipment.
7. Promote Studio Services
- Introduce clients to studio merchandise, workshops, and events when appropriate.
8. Adhere to Safety Standards
- Monitor clients for safety, ensuring exercises are performed within their physical capabilities to avoid injury.
9. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on Reformer Pilates techniques, trends, and certifications to enhance the quality of instruction.
Compensation:
Monthly Payment is 9000 AED
Work schedule:
22 weekly hours of classes and around 3 hours a day are the usual working hours.
However, covering for other Instructors when sick or on leave is expected.
30 days of holiday with a 30 day notice.
