The responsibilities of the job are:
Managing daily store operations
Interacting with café customers and ensuring they have a pleasant experience
Handling customer complaints
Managing employee work schedules
Ordering and monitoring inventory
Managing cashflow, expenses and petty cash of the café
Training new employees and ensuring quality of service is always maintained with all employees
Preparing daily reports for management.
