Role Overview
As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the face of our retail store - welcoming guests, sharing the stories behind our curated artisanal products, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
•Greet and engage customers in a warm and respectful manner
•Provide product knowledge and storytelling that reflects Bait Elowal’s ethos
•Handle POS transactions accurately
•Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness
•Support inventory tracking and restocking
•Meet sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
•Help with events or cultural programs when needed
