We are a well-established retail company operating multiple stores across Dubai. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of quality products, we are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers to aid in their purchasing decisions.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive shopping experience.
Recommend complementary products and upsell when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store, including organizing merchandise and restocking shelves.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Follow company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish customer relationships.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Fluency in English; additional language skills such as Arabic are advantageous.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
