* Plan and conduct HSE Induction Training and Hazard Prediction Training for all new entrants and other in-house training on need basis
* Ensure that the Toolbox talk and Hazard Prediction are implemented on daily basis and keep record
* Conduct daily site inspections and give reports to the concerned personnel on all adverse remarks to implement remedial measures
* Enforce the use of Applicable P.P.E
* Correct unsafe conditions immediately as they arise
* Monitor the action points at the worksites and render necessary guidance to the enginee during the site inspection
