Sales Associate – Shan Convallaria | Dubai
Shan Convallaria is looking for a polished, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury fashion boutique in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to provide a warm, attentive, and personalized shopping experience. We are looking for someone who can represent the Shan Convallaria brand with elegance, professionalism, and care while building lasting relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in a warm, attentive, and professional manner.
* Understand each customer’s needs, preferences, and personal style to provide personalized product recommendations.
* Assist customers with styling, sizing, garment selection, and fitting-room service.
* Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of Shan Convallaria products, collections, sizing, fabrics, and garment details.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including appropriate follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
* Provide excellent after-sales service and encourage long-term customer loyalty.
* Handle POS transactions, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and professionally.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall boutique presentation.
* Support stock replenishment, inventory organization, and general store operations.
* Ensure garments and displays are handled with care and maintained to luxury retail standards.
* Represent Shan Convallaria with elegance, confidence, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; fashion or luxury retail experience is preferred.
* Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Polished and professional appearance appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
* Confident, friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
* Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
* Basic understanding of garment fit, sizing, and styling is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain client relationships.
* Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
* Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
* Flexible to work weekends and retail hours.
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 4,000–4,500 per month, depending on experience.
