Job Description:
• Evaluate the clients to discover the appropriate property suggestions.
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
• Achieve the calls target, book appointments at world class sales centers, close the deal.
• Should be well organized and GREAT AT FOLLOWING UP.
• Remain knowledgeable about the property market
• Provide information to clients via phone, email, whatsapp.
• You will be working ONLY with MASTER developers and presenting property options to buyers who have called and shown interest. YES…we provide you with LEADS. This is not a common practice in other firms and therefore closing is much higher at AKW.
