Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
•Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
•Convert sales orders into invoices.
•Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
•Maintain accurate customer and order records in our ERP system.
•Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
•Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or similar role is preferred.
•Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new ERP systems quickly (experience with Zoho ERP is an advantage).
•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
•Candidates with their own valid UAE visa will be given preference.
