**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets in the frozen seafood industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of sales with customers.
- Manage and coordinate the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the food industry, preferably in frozen seafood.
- Strong understanding of the food distribution market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is a plus.
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
