Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Spark Waves Events, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for building relationships and helping clients realize their dream events. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual with a passion for event management and a knack for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through research, networking, and proactive outreach
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them through the event planning process
Present and promote our event management services to potential clients in an engaging and compelling way
Customize proposals to meet client needs and budget requirements
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless handover of client requirements
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow brand presence
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in event management or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand client needs and create tailored proposals
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Knowledge of event management trends and services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
