Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the business setup industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the UAE market (or relevant region), free zone and mainland company formation procedures, and government regulations. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and delivering tailored business setup solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients interested in setting up businesses.
Consult clients on the most suitable business setup options (mainland, free zone, offshore).
Explain legal structures, licensing procedures, doentation, and costs involved in company formation.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address client queries and offer strategic advice.
Collaborate with internal departments (PRO, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Keep up to date with changes in business setup laws and procedures.
Maintain CRM with accurate client records and sales activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business setup consultancy (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of UAE free zone, mainland, and offshore company formation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any field is preferred.
Multilingual candidates are a plus (English required, Arabic or other languages advantageous).
