A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present produc to customers and clearly explain their features and benefits
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Good time management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (optional but beneficial)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
