We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base and revenue by selling installations, custom fabrication projects, and vehicle electrical systems. You’ll combine product knowledge and field experience with consultative selling to convert leads, manage estimates, and support customers through the build process.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and partnerships.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs, vehicle use-cases, and budget; recommend tailored solutions (camping installs, racks, roof tents, drawer systems, wiring, battery systems, solar, etc.).
Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and scope-of-work doents in collaboration with fabrication and electrical teams.
Coordinate with shop technicians and project managers to schedule builds and ensure scope aligns with production capabilities.
Provide technical product knowledge and demonstrations; explain tradeoffs, installation options, and maintenance.
Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and meet month sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and demo days; collect feedback and leads.
Assist with product development input and pricing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
Occasionally perform site visits, vehicle measurements, and test-fits as needed.
