Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in the IT sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting IT solutio, and building long-term client relationships across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT products and services (software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients (B2B)
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Collaborate with technic teams to create customized proposals
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Maintain relationships with existing clients and upse services
Track sales activities using CRM tools
Stay updated on emerging technologies and UAE IT market trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT sal development in UAE or GCC
Strong understanding of IT solutions such as:
Cloud computing
Cybersecurity
E systems
Software development services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Skills
Strong technical understanding of IT produc
Solution selling & consultative sales approach
Lead generation and pipeline management
Negotiation and closing skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Relationship management and client retention
UAE-Specific Requirements
UAE market experience (highly preferred)
Valid UAE driving license (often required)
Familiarity with UAE business sectors (banking, real estate, government, SMEs)
Experience working with multicultural clients and teams
