Job description:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Present and explain products and services to customers based on their requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up to secure purchase orders.
Coordinate with the production, purchasing, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Follow up on invoices and coordination with the accounts department.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales orders, and follow-up activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator a AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
