Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to penetrate markets and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and establish a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Engage with clients through inquiries and their requirements and create sales pipeline and deals
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in a perfume industry, showcasing a track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi. Arabic, Malayalam & Tamil would be plus.
