Job Description:
GRAND FIT FOR MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL REPAIR OF VEHICLES GARAGE is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Abu Dhabi automoti sector, with the ability to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote garage services, repairs, and maintenance packages to customers
Handle walk-in clients as well as corporate accounts professionally
Generate new leads and expand customer base within Abu Dhabi region
Prepare quotations and follow up effectively to close sales
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Coordinate with workshop and operations team for smooth service delivery
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Abu Dhabi (automoti preferred)
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of automotive services and repair processes
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 (based on experience)
Attractive incentives / commission structure
Visa and benefits as per UAE Labour Law
