We are looking for a professional, responsible, and customer-focused Tourist Light Vehicle Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting tourists between the UAE and Oman, providing excellent customer service, maintaining the company vehicle, and assisting with basic office-related duties when required.
Main Responsibilities
Pick up and drop off guests between UAE & Oman
Handle UAE–Oman border crossings and related procedures
Provide safe, comfortable, and professional transportation for guests
Deal professionally with multinational guests
Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's journey
Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition
Take responsibility for basic vehicle maintenance, servicing, and general care
Check the vehicle regularly and report any maintenance issues
Assist with office-related work when required
Support guest bookings, schedules, doents, trip arrangements, and daily operations
Coordinate with the office team regarding guest pickups, drop-offs, and tour schedules
Follow company procedures and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Be flexible to work 8–10 hours per day
Complete a 1-month training period before working independently
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience
Age 25 years or above
Valid UAE driving license
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, transportation, or guest services is preferred
Good knowledge of UAE roads and UAE–Oman border procedures
Good navigation and G skills
Fluent English communication
Malayalam and Hindi are an advantage
Professional, presentable, and friendly personality
Strong customer-service skills
Must be comfortable dealing with guests from different nationalities
Non-smoker
Responsible, punctual, and reliable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Visa
Starting salary: AED 3,000
Salary can be reviewed and increased based on performance after 1 year
Candidates with their own valid visa are welcome
Company visa can be provided for the selected candidate
