Drives revenue by demonstrating, promoting, and selling fragrances to customers, focusing on achieving sales targets through expert product knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of fragrances, ingredients, and perfume notes to advise customers.
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to enhance customer experience, build relationships, and drive repeat business.
Client Management (B2B): Identify new opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, handling negotiations and contracts.
Merchandising: Maintain, clean, and arrange product displays to align with brand standards.
Operations: Manage inventory, process sales via Point of Sale (POS) systems, and collect market feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, luxury fragrances and Local brand Perfumes.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Product Passion: Strong passion for scents and the fragrance industry.
Education: College diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is often preferred.
Language & Tools: Proficiency in english and in local language is a plus.
