Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Dubai. As a Sales Manager at Interior Design and Build Business - Fitouts, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies. Along with your team, you will be selling interior design and fitout solutions to clients, meeting with them regularly, and building strong relationships with them. You'll also be responsible for monitoring the market and keeping up to date with competitor activity.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or related role
•Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the needs of the business and customer base
•Experience in the construction a interior design industry is a plus
•Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make sound business decisions • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus
•UAE driving license and ability to travel within the UAE is a plus
