We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets here in United Arab Emirates at least of 2 years experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and performance evaluation metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
