Must have at least 3 years experience in Real Estate
Strong Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow property listings
Set individual and team performance goals
Recruit , train and onboard new agents to strengthen the sales force
Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
