We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the demolition sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets by selling demolition and site clearing services to construction companies, developers, government entities, and private clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth in the demolition market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
Manage existing client relationships and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and present bids, estimates, and proposals in collaboration with the operations and estimating teams.
Work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with leads, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and environmental regulations in project discussions and proposals.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in demolition, construction, or related industries.
Strong understanding of demolition techniques, regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical doents is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
