Job Requirements:
The Business Solutions Specialist’s primary focus is bringing in new business. This is done by qualifying potential business opportunities and contacting key decision makers through a combination of social selling tools, phone, video, and in person sales calls. Successful people in this role are comfortable engaging with business people at all levels and selling critical business services. This requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques, digital marketing and sales platforms, and the discipline to be persistent while following a daily and weekly plan and demonstrating the desire and drive to become a top performing sales professional.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate a sufficiently high level of sales activity to secure a minimum of two new B2B clients per week.
• Develop a Sales Action Plan for each of the 20 top prospects.
• Develop a Marketing Action Plan to elevate the Express Employment Professionals brand within the territory.
• Effectively work with and communicate with internal team.

Education a Experience
· 4-year degree, preferably in marketi communications, or combination of work experience and education
· Demonstrated success with direct sales and social selling in a B2B or B2Cenvironment
· Proficiency in Word, Excel, & Outlook, social platforms, and email marketing tools.
· Education products and solution experience preferred
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to respond to common inquiries, members of the business community. School and University, Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, a board of directors. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings. Edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively.
COMPUT SKILLS
Job requires skillful use of various computer and digital applications including web, digital marketing databases, spreadsheets, word processing, presentation creati, communication via e-mail and scheduling software.
At Express Employment Professionals we offer a highly competitive income potential. Our Business Solutions Specialist will start with a minimum base income of $8,000 annual with opportunity for commission and bonuses. Specialists make $20,000 -$40,000 on average their first full year.
