Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and lead the search engine optimization strategy across our group of coffee shop brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing online visibility, driving organic traffic, and optimizing content across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for multiple coffee shop brands under the company.
Perform keyword research and identify content opportunities aligned with coffee and café industry trends.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and images for improved search rankings.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in blog posts, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
Manage local SEO efforts (Google Business Profiles, maps, directories) to boost visibility of each café location.
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical fixes (page speed, mobile usability, crawl errors, etc.).
Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends in the food & beverage industry.
Track performance metrics, prepare SEO reports, and suggest actionable insights for continuous improvement.
