Objectives:
Business concept of Big Balloon Holdings is to set up a theme Park where Big Balloon is the major tourist attraction. Along with this Big Balloon attraction, there are associated Games, Merchandise, F&B outlets as an added attraction and generates additional revenue. Our aspiration is to grow our business across regions and to support this growth, we’re in search of experienced Business Development Lead.
Expectations:
Understand the pulse of the market, strategize potential growth, work with various business partners and grow the business and the revenue.
Responsibilities:Responsible for selling the advertisement space (Balloon advertisement, naming rights, merchandise) both for long terms & short term.Responsible for increasing food falls to the site. Making Big Balloon Site as destination of choice for families.Responsible for entering into partnerships with Corporates, Schools etc. Thereby increasing the footfall at Big Balloon Sites.Develop & maintain relationships with major sources of outdoor advertisements like Corporates, Advertising Agencies etc.Responsible for concept selling; Devising strategies for making the site as destination of choice for birthday parties, corporate events, product launches etc.Work closely with BD lead in crafting sales & marketing Strategies leading to increase in footfall& Revenue at the Big Balloon Locations.
Prior experience working in similar industry is requir have minimum of 2-3 years’ prior experience in selling Outdoor Advertisement & forging partnershipcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customercellent command over English is must; Knowledge of Arabic would be preferable.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer servicesAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesGraduate a Post Graduation in Management
