Primary responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and provide exemplary customer service; educate customers about bicycles, bicycle accessories and clothing, and any other cycling-related products.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including restocking, cleaning, organizing and merchandising.
The ideal candidate is:
- Preferably, knowledgeable about bicycles, cycling accessories, and cycling culture, etc.; and be willing to learn further as per requirement.
- Ideally, a person who is capable in joining in group rides organised by our shop, multiple times a week.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and by reading and writing.
- Comfortable working as part of a sales team where sales performance is consistently measured.
- Able to embrace the concept of serving the customers, and providing an exceptional retail experience.
