The Role: What You'll Do
The Travel Sales Representative is the front-line face of our company, responsible for turning qualified leads into booked travelers. This role requires a balance of sales aen, exceptional customer service, and an in-depth passion for travel products and destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations (via phone, video, or in-person) with inbound leads to understand their travel dreams, budget, preferences, and needs.
Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our core travel products (e.g., specific tours, cruises, destinations, or specialty travel like safar trips).
Itinerary Creation & Presentation: Design, price, and present compelling, customized travel itineraries and packages that meet the client's specifications.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, following up on leads and ensuring post-booking satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average booking value).
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to provide client feedback, optimize sales strategies, and ensure seamless service delivery.
