Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to actively generate sales by engaging with businesses, developers, interior projects, and individual customers. This is a field-based role focused on direct outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, and highly motivated by commission, with the ability to convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
•Proactively identify and approach potential clients, including:
oBusinesses and offices
oProperty developers
oContractors and project managers
oHomeowners and individual customers
oArchitects and interior designers
•Generate sales for:
oFurniture, lighting, and home décor products
oFull interior furnishing projects (preferred)
oPartial furnishing solutions using available stock
•Secure Hive Living’s involvement in interior design and furnishing projects of apartments, villas, and commercial spaces
•Actively promote available stock and close sales efficiently
•Bring clients to the Hive Living showroom when required to present products live
•Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
•Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with clients
•Represent Hive Living professionally at all times
•Focus solely on maximizing sales and revenue generation for the company
•Proven experience in sales (furniture, interiors, real estate, or related fields preferred)
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Confident in approaching clients and generating leads independently
•Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
•Comfortable working on the ground and managing multiple client interactions
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Knowledge of interior products and projects is an advantage
