As we expand, we are looking for a confident and dynamic Sales Woman to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Woman to handle customer inquiries, manage showroom sales, present our e-bike models, follow up with leads, and support overall sales operations. The ideal candidate is warm, approachable, and motivated by helping customers choose the right bike for their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and present Flight Risk e-bike models confidently
Conduct sales consultations in-store, via WhatsApp, and during scheduled appointments
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
Assist with test rides and explain product features clearly
Maintain an organised, welcoming showroom environment
Process sales orders and invoices
Coordinate with the operations team for deliveries and customer support
Upsell accessories such as helmets, gloves, and other add-ons
Support marketing activities such as content creation, promotions, and events when needed

Requirements
We are welcoming applications from female candidates to complement our existing team
1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable, and able to build rapport quickly
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic invoicing systems
Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
Interest in mobility, fitness, lifestyle, or tech brands is an advantage
