We are looking for Security Manager who will do the following roles:
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.
Supervise and coordinate security personnel, including guards and supervisors.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits for premises.
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Train staff on security awareness and emergency protocols.
Prepare incident reports and maintain security records.

Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and risk management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
Valid UAE security license or eligibility to obtain one.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Security Management or related field).
