The following is expected from potential candidates:
Requirements
1 years prior experience in Dubai Market. Minimum 1-year experience of Off plan sales & secondary market in UAE Real Estate.
Have a valid UAE driving license.
Proven track record in sales.
Remarkable presentation and communication skills, Fluent in English & other languages will be an added advantage.
Strong Sales, Negotiation and communication skills.
Maximize branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Should possess good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate as well as RERA Rules and Regulations. Established network of industry contacts and property listings. (optional).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and accountable.
Must be able to start immediately.
Presentable & Well mannered.
