Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property sales or leasing and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. This role requires excellent communication skills, client relationship management, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent.
Proven track record in property sales or leasing.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
