• Proven experience as a Fit-out Snr. QS or similar role. Minimum 5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of setting out budgets, finalizing packages, cost estimation, cost control, CVR and project management principles
• Good understanding about the Contracts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in quantity takeoff software and tools
• Contractual letter writing skills
