Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Sharjah for a Senior Sales Executive at Automatic Home Metal Const. Ind. Co. L.L.C. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing client relationships in the aluminum and steel contracting market. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs efficiently. The role will also involve market analysis and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management within the aluminum, steel, or construction industry
Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with market analysis and sales strategy development
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the U.A.E. market and knowledge of local contracting practices are an advantage
