Roles and Responsibility:
Maintain and repair machinery and equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
Assemble, install, and commission new equipment.
Electrical design of CNC, conventional and SPM machineries.
Co-ordinate and handle sitework
Minimum 5 years’ experience in service and maintenance of CNC and conventional workshop machinery.
Experienced in troubleshoot Electrical faults in CNC machines with Siemens, Fanuc and Mitsubishi controller and conventional machines.
Experienced in analyzing PLC program and trouble shoot machine faults.
Experienced in doing CNC parameter settings (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi), Servo and VFD parameter setting.
Additional experience in CNC cutting machines is preferred.
Should be able to make Electrical Drawing for conventional, CNC, SPM machinery.
