Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
•Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and budgets.
•Conduct site inspections to ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
•Collaborate with architects, project managers, and design teams to ensure quality control and project success.
•Monitor progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years GCC experience in interior fit-out or luxury construction projects.
•Strong understanding of luxury interior fit-out processes, materials, and safety protocols.
•Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
•Proficient in project management tools and software.
•Proficiency in English, Hindi and Arabic will be an added advantage.
•A valid UAE driving license is required.
