Job Summary:
We are hiring a Site Supervisor for a 2-year contract to manage and supervise construction site activities in Dubai. The candidate will ensure work is completed as per project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site
•Ensure work is completed within deadlines and project plans
•Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams
•Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
•Check quality of work and materials used
•Maintain daily progress reports and site records
•Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions
•Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower
Requirements:
•1–3 years experience as Site Supervisor (Construction)
•G experience preferred
•Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards
•Ability to manage workforce and subcontractors
•Basic English required (Hin advantage)
•Diplo in Civil Engineering preferred
Contract Details:
•Contract Duration: 2 Years
•Working Hours: As per UAE labor law
•Overtime: As per company policy
•Leave: As per UAE labor law
