Ridha design and fittings LLC is a Sharjah, UAE based Joinery and Fitout company based in Industrial Area 10 that is currently hiring for the below role:
Site Supervisor / Quality control / Operations management - Fitout and Joinery

Role and Responsibilities:
• To manage the site from the initial stage until the handover • Report to the Senior Project Engineer and execute the project within the assigned deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge in managing a small team of MEP, HVAC, Dry Wall, flooring, Masons.
• Ensuring that workers are wearing all the safety and protective equipment on site.
• Review project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope for execution.
• Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site. - Close out and hand over project.
• Quality control of work done at site. Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.
• Ensuring that all manpower is properly designated and placed (including the Contractors) in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Coordinating with Draftsmen for As-built drawing submission including the work certification and warrantees • Doenting all snagging works and its de-snagging to meet the standards and design of the clients.
• Monitoring both related cost and time of the project till completion to ensure it is in line with projection.
• Reporting to the management on a regular basis, about the work progress to submit a weekly progress report to client.
In addition, active involvement in advising on how we can imporve our operations. We are a small team and effective individuals, there i no time for training, so the candidate must pick up on the work and company related processes very fast.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a Site supervisor in a reputed Fitout and Joinery with proven experience in the successful execution of a minimum of 20 residential and commercial projects.
• Engineering background is a strong plus.
• Proven Experience in managing High-end projects in Joinery and Fitout for Residential, Restaurants and Retail stores.
• Ability to review drawings and execute project with the assigned team and qualified sub-contractors.
• Prepare Planni and Quotations of the projects.
• Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Joinery, Interior fit-out work regulations and quality standards • Must have worked at Interior project sites to understand Project, Procurement planning, Project scheduling, Site / Project Engineering & Supervision, Records upkeep etc.
• Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Fluent English and Hin.
