Miscellaneous and structural steel fabrication and erection
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Miscellaneous and Structural Steel Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating costs for steel fabrication and erection projects, including miscellaneous metals (stairs, railings, ladders, canopy fire rated door window Bullet proof and blast resistant fascade etc.) and structural steel components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other doentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for miscellaneous and structural steel projects.
*Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed material, labor, and equipment cost breakdowns.
*Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
*Source and evaluate supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
*Prepare bid proposals, including detailed scope of work, cost estimates, and project timelines.
*Stay current with industry trends, materials pricing, and construction techniques to ensure accurate and up-to-date estimates.
*Assist in the development and improvement of estimating tools, processes, and best practices.
Salary: Starting based on experience - Minimum 1 year

Qualifications:
