Job Location – Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Job Type – Permanent / Full-time
Educational - Bachelor's degree in Architectu desi
Experience - 3-4 years (Architectural and Interiors)
Software Proficiency: Full working proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
Salary - between AED 7,000.00 to AED 8,000.00 per month
Candidates will be contacted only when they meet the following criteria:
Architectural Drawings: Create Working Drawings, Plumbing, Electrical, Door Window Schedule, Elevational Sections etc.
Interior Drawings: Create Working Drawings, Ceiling Details, Wall details etc
As Built Drawings: Create accurate as-built drawings reflecting on-site installation.
Technical Drawings: Prepare precise drawings for wall cladding, cornice, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, windows, doors frames, and cross sections.
Drawings Preparation: Create accurate and comprehensive drawings for various interior elements including doors, wardrobes, kitchens and bathrooms etc based on design proposals, sketches and 3D perspectives.
Production Details: Provide detailed sections and information within drawings to meet production requirements.
Joinery Plans: Develop comprehensive plans, elevations, and sections for all joinery works.
Deadline Adherence: Demonstrate the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Industry Standards and Collaboration: Possess a strong understanding of industry finishes and collaborate closely with the Fit out, Joinery team, and Architect to achieve successful project execution.
Problem Solving: Identify and anticipate discrepancies between site conditions, materials, and drawings, taking swift action to address changes.
On-site Support: Provide on-site support by preparing freehand section details and executing practical design adjustments.
Execution: Translate design concepts into practical sizes and materials, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.
Material Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of different materials, installations, finishes, and profile fusion detailing.
Attention to Detail: Exhibit a keen professional eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of design and execution.
