· making quantity surveying for steel , glazing ,grp finishing using Revit
· Using Autodesk Navis to coordinate between project phases ( structure,arch,mep)
· giving coordinates for site from Revit structure using dynamo script
· making plan programs for site work using Primavera 6
· reflecting sub-contractors plans on our origin program using Primavera 6
· Create the work breakdown structure, define the project activities , and sequence the project activities
· using primavera to develop the time schedule , analyze the project float and the critical path, using the compression techniques to comply with the time constraints
· collect the project status and the actual work done, and update the project schedule
· using earned value technique to measure the variance between the performance base line and the actual performance
· Calculate the schedule performance index, recommend the corrective action, and create project forecasts
