We are looking for a technical sales engineer with a mechanical engineering background to join our sales team. Responsible of specific customer accounts, your objective is to grow sales, improve margins and increase customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, the sales assistant will have to collaborate actively with design, manufacturing, finance and logistics departments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / TASKS
SalesManage a specific customer portfolioAnalyse the order received (PO + drawing).Define order type (standard or specific) + price verification.Coordinates with Sales admin assistant for order entering in ERP + technical validation before approval.Schedule calls, visio, physical visits to customers places from time to time, based on priorities.
After-salesHandling of customer clai preparation of Credit not notes with finance department.
PaymentsActive payment follow-up to ensure on time payment from our loyal customers.
Internal visits and othersHandle visits of Eurotech office + product inspections.Help during internal audits and act as an internal auditor.Support on administrative tasks whenever required.
Diploma in Mechanical engineering mandatory. Certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a sales role.Experience using ERP.Good negotiator, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.Solid computer skills (MS Office) Proficiency in English.A team player with a high level of dedication.
