We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV systems, with a strong aptitude for site coordination, troubleshooting, and team supervision. This role requires a hands-on approach to outdoor work and the ability to provide technical assistance and support to the team, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate technical activities on-site.
Ensure the technical team adheres to project timelines and quality standards.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
Technical Proficiency:
Install, configure, and maintain Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV systems.
Perform regular system checks and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
Assist the technical team in resolving complex technical issues.
Project Management:
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan and execute technical installations.
Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to management.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
Provide expert advice and solutions to technical challenges encountered on-site.
Ensure minimal downtime and disruptions to client operations.
Reporting and Doentation:
Prepare detailed reports on technical activities, project status, and team performance.
Doent all technical procedures, installations, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Training and Development:
Mentor and train technical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Conduct regular team meetings and workshops to discuss technical issues and improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical supervisory role, with hands-on experience in ACS and CCTV systems.
Skills:
Proficiency in Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Certifications: Relevant technical certifications in ACS, CCTV, or related fields are a plus.
