Key Responsibilities:
•Execute home automation projects.
•Install lighting dimming control systems (Dali, 0-10V, Phase).
•Install and maintain AC & curtain control systems and must know all type of AC Integrations.
•Set up and manage multi-room audio-video systems.
•Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting.
•Provide software and network hardware support.
•Design and prepare BOQ, DB Schedules.
Should have strong knowledge in all the following:
•Home automation
•CCTV
•IP telephony
•Structured cabling systems
•Access control
•Public Address and Background Music (PA-BGM)
•Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV)
•Audio door phone
•Gate barrier systems
•Networking & WIFI
•Home Cinemas
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in home automation installation and maintenance.
•Strong knowledge of lighting dimming control, AC, and curtain control systems.
•Familiarity with multi-room audio-video systems.
•Experience in system troubleshooting and providing hardwa support.
•Ability to design, interpret, and understand technical drawings and schematics.
•Excellent problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication skills.
