We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly professional Housekeeping Manager to take full ownership of housekeeping operations within a prestigious private residence.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring extensive experience in luxury housekeeping, team management, quality control, and personalized private service.:
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the housekeeping team
• Plan daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and deep-cleaning schedules
• Conduct inspections and maintain exceptional luxury residential standards
• Develop SOPs, checklists, and quality-control procedures
• Oversee laundry, linen, wardrobe, and specialist garment care
• Manage housekeeping supplies, purchasing, equipment, and inventory
• Prepare the residence for the Owner, family, VIP guests, events, and special occasions
• Coordinate with chefs, drivers, maintenance, security, gardeners, and external providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and household procedures
• Anticipate household preferences while maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality• 6–10 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotels, private residences, estates, palaces, yachts, or similar high-end environments
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory leadership experience
• Proven experience managing and developing housekeeping teams
• Strong knowledge of luxury cleaning, laundry, linen, wardrobe, and garment-care standards
• Experience developing SOPs, schedules, checklists, and quality-control systems
• Private-household experience is highly advantageous
• Five-star luxury hotel or high-end residential experience is preferred
• UAE or GCC experience is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Housekeeping, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is preferred
• Must be professional, discreet, proactive, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
